Went back today for post op. Follow up. I am so happy. I now have 20/20 vision again in my left eye. I have worn glasses since thirty one years old. Now no more glasses. Yeah..... Can't wait till other one is done. The doctor and the rest of the staff was just as friendly and helpful as they are every time I see them. I look forward to seeing them. Thanks for giving me sight back. With one eye done and the other not I now realize how blurry everything was. Less then 24 hours after surgery no pain at all since before surgery.the detail and clarity are awesome. Love you all at Ocala eye at fenney. Thanks again. Would recommend them highly. Pam Cox

Just had my cataract surgery at Wildwood Wonderful caring staff Professional yes but also kind and caring Wrapped me in warm blankets like a baby!

In just 2 minutes of asking your receptionist-the first contact with the office- a benign question, I realized I was having the worst and rudest customer service experience in the universe! She was technically professional, but cold, condescending and absolutely rude! It’s unfortunate, because by nature, I am always seeking out great customer service experiences to celebrate and promote around the world, because it’s so rare!! And with the likes of your receptionist, it will continue to be so!
