I love Dr Chad. He is an awesome Optometry. I have been going to him for 4 yrs. He is very knowledgeable, and takes the time to ensure I understand my eye health. He makes me feel comfortable and well-cared for when I see him yearly. He never tries to sell me on unneeded products or services. Ms. Hailey is awesome. She is very respectful and kind. Dr.Chad Renner and staff are exceptional. He spent the time to explain my optifcal nerve test, macular and eye pressure. Gave me 2 different contact lenses for near sightedness to try before finlializing my perscription.
I had such a wonderful experience at Midland Eye Care yesterday. The front desk woman was so welcoming and friendly. The optometrist, Chad, was really engaging and nice to talk with. He thoroughly explained everything during my appointment and provided some free contact “samples” as I was fresh out of mine. 10/10 recommend. This is my new go-to location for all eye care needs!
A friend recommended this place to me and I couldn't be happier. I was promptly greeted when I walked in. The receptionist was super nice and friendly. I saw Dr Chad Renner who was fabulous. He explained everything so that I could understand. I didn't feel rushed and he made sure I didn't have any questions at the end. Highly recommend!!!
Put simply, I would find a different provider. The delay in treatment caused by incorrect diagnosis delayed necessary retina surgery. If there was a zero star rating, that would be fitting.
