All staff is friendly and I have never had a bad experience here. I always feel welcomed and Jean is always so helpful. She helps me choose glasses everytime I can't decide what to pick and is very patient when I am choosing the right Eyewear for me.
The experience was great at The Eye Doctors Optometrist, I felt cared for and thoroughly tested my eyes. The technicians are really nice and I believe the Optometrist took care of me well. This is the second time I’ve gone here for my annual eye check also a good experience . I am finally getting transitions for my outdoor job. It was cheaper than I thought. My insurance eyeglasses were just the right one I picked to my liking. As a creative person I will enjoy these transitions. Thank you guys!
I love this office! I have been seeing Dr. Edwin Rodriguez for years. He correctly diagnosed my issue back then after I had gone to a couple of other doctors. He is always very professional and friendly. Katie at the front desk is very nice and professional as well. Jean is the best with helping pick out my frames. She knows what you like and makes an effort every time to get the right frames.
Love this optometrist. Miss Jean always makes the eye doctor day my favorite day of the year! She is always so lively, honest, patient, and incredibly kind. They always have great deals going and she will not let you leave without a pair of glasses that make you happy. She is the heart of this office and always makes me feel happy and confident when I leave. Katie at the front desk is also really great! She helped me pick a pair today that I was stuck between . She was really nice and professional
I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received at The Eye Doctors. The lens technician, Matt (or Mayt), was very kind, professional, and attentive at all times. He took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all my questions with patience. Additionally, he demonstrated great knowledge and care while helping me choose the right lenses, making sure I felt comfortable and satisfied with my decision. His respectful and friendly attitude made my experience very pleasant. Without a doubt, this is outstanding customer service and someone who represents the clinic very well.
