Great overall experience!! Dr. Klee was professional & didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Leeann & Aaliyah were a huge help in finding the right frame for my face. Matthew caught that my new glasses were damaged when they got them in, & made sure my they were replaced before I came in to pick them up. Definitely a 10/10 experience!
I had my annual eye exam today and the entire team was great. From Jule’ahna at the front desk, to Daria who did my initial intake and prep for the doctor, to Dr. Klee, and finally Matthew who went over my purchase options, everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I was in and out in under an hour. Matthew helped me navigate a logisticallly challenging situation with two sets of frames and needing lenses for both, etc. Thank you!
Leanne was helpful and fast in getting the right glasses for me. She understood the time sensitive situation regarding me moving and even provided insurance/warranty options for my glasses once im away. Awesome person!
