Wonderful atmosphere. Super friendly staff. Dr. Durtschi is a knowledgeable, helpful optometrist. She is always willing to take a minute to be sure your getting the glasses that you need. It's a really convenient to downtown and the downtown neighborhoods. Really enjoyed my visit. Can't wait till next year.
The entire staff truly cares about your vision! Everyone is extremely friendly, and the environment is warm, comfortable, and super cozy!! They offer great-quality glasses at reasonable prices, and they carefully adjust each pair to fit the shape of your head perfectly—please read that again! I want everyone to know how great this place is. The business is also very clean and welcoming. Once you make an appointment here, I truly believe you will keep coming back! They deserve more than five stars because they make the entire experience—from the eye exam to purchasing your glasses—EXCELLENT!!! Best place in Pensacola!!!
Midtown has always done an amazing job working with me to find the best comfort and confidence when choosing my eyewear. My most recent appointment was no different. I had a blast chatting with the staff and learning more about the most up to date technology for reflective lenses to accommodate my lifestyle. Midtown truly sets you up for success!
Because I have a unique condition with my eyes it has been hard to get glasses to work. I have never had a Dr. listen so closely to me while examining my eyes. Dr. Durtschi spent so much time with me and was very patient with all of my concerns. It was an absolute pleasure attending Midtown Vision and I can’t wait to go back to get my glasses. I’ve finally found my eye care home!
Since moving to Pensacola in 2021, finding Midtown Vision has been truly life-changing for our family. We didn’t just gain an excellent eye doctor—we found someone we now call a friend, who consistently goes above and beyond. Every time we walk through the door, we’re warmly greeted, and the entire experience reflects the genuine care and compassion they have for their patients. The warmth and love they show make all the difference. If you’re looking for a new eye doctor, I highly recommend Midtown Vision. After just one visit, you’ll understand why it feels like family—not just an eye doctor. Also, bonus points that they are so great with kids.
