Dr. Sahawneh at Terrezza is amazing! She manages to be professional and personable at the same time. All the staff, particularly Phoenix, are customer oriented and extremely helpful. I have had difficulty with other glasses from other optometrists being right and have often had to have them remade. At Terrezza, my glasses are always on point and well made. Highly recommend!
Easy to make an appointment that was convenient for me. Dr and techs have wonderful bedside manners, I felt very comfortable there. The optician, Ian, was friendly and honest, he told me if a frame looked good on me given my face shape, hair color etc. (And which ones didn't). He priced out each pair and options and matched the best deal with my eye insurance. I highly recommend this place!
I have been bringing my daughters here for their glasses since we moved to Pensacola, but this was my first time getting glasses. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Jean was absolutely fabulous and helped me choose exactly what I needed. Turn around is projected to be about 2 weeks. I can't wait to pick up my glasses!
Amazing selection and outstanding staff! I had an issue with my insurance after canceling an order from another eye care center, and my benefits were never released. Dr. Terezza went above and beyond to help, spending nearly two hours on the phone with my insurance company to get everything resolved. Thanks to her patience, persistence, and exceptional customer service, I was able to choose the glasses I wanted. Highly recommend!
