Everyone here was amazing. The receptionist greeted me right away and was warm and friendly. Dr Barbaro was very kind and easy to talk to. Marissa, Sharon and Megan were all extremely sweet and helpful! This was my first time at this eye clinic but would recommend them to everyone! Huge selection of glasses as well!

At Midwest eye Center, you’d be hard pressed to find a finer group of people that you can trust with your eyes… My first phone call I was pleasantly surprised with upbeat customer service. —I had to cancel a few times and they were remarkably accommodating. When you enter, (I was greeted by the cheerful Pam) the vibe is tranquil and serene.( personally, I love that they have a coffee ☕️machine in the waiting area).. I was seen by Dr. Barbara who is very kind and explained to me in detail about my changing eyes. 👀 .As .I get older, it’s important to have someone explain things clearly and succinctly. I’m grateful that I found this group, I urge you all to give them a try, You will not be disappointed. 😀
Dr. Todd Robert and his team are the best! Our family has trusted Dr. Robert with our eye care for over ten years, and we couldn’t be happier. He is always friendly, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. The entire staff is wonderful—professional, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. The office is bright, clean, and well‑organized, and they always make visits feel easy and comfortable. We truly appreciate the consistent care and kindness we’ve received over the years. Nurses are very well trained and testing was easy and quick. Dr. Bauer has been our eye doctor for many years and he is always attentive and enjoyable to work with. Both my wife and I are very pleased to work with this organization for many years.
