Friendly office staff, easy scheduling. Really enjoyed Dr. Adam Nusgart who explained everything in great detail. He took some very technical terms and put the cookies on the lower shelf so that I could understand. Will be going back for my annuals.
I had a very pleasant experience as a first time patient in this Anderson office. I’m happy with Midwest. The technician/physicians assistant was who I saw first was kind and thorough. She explained each step and made certain i understood. The Dr. put me at ease and performed an efficient exam, making certain my questions were answered. He was very professional. I’ll be seeing him next at the Pine Road office, as it is closer to my home. The only thing we did not talk about are my astigmatisms and the need for tri-focal.lenses.
Dr. Nusgart was patient and thorough in his examination of my retinas. I feel he took the extra time to assure me that we were getting a dependable confirmation of my status.
I have used them several times and am very happy with them. Front desk is well organized. Seen on time. Very professional.
This eye center I recommend, however, the company Sharecare that does their record transfer is a total disaster!!! They have horrible reviews on the BBB!! This eye center is too good to have them to deal with their records. Many people can't have records transfered and their not knowledgeable.
