My father recently had his eyes dilated, and he was sent home without any instructions about what to expect afterward. He was not warned that his eyes would be extremely sensitive to sunlight, was not advised to use caution when driving if his vision was affected, and was not even offered a pair of disposable sunglasses. Better communication after dilation is the bare minimum and would have made a big difference. We also had another frustrating experience with this office. My brother paid for a pair of contact lenses, but they never arrived. He went back week after week to check on the order, and each time he was told to come back later. Despite already being charged, the contacts were never provided. Based on our experiences, there seems to be a lack of communication and follow-through. We expected much better patient care and customer service.
Everyone was very nice. Really like the short wait before the surgery. Quickly answered any concerns I had in a way that was easy to understand without making seem like I was wasting there time. I would recommend to anyone to come here.
I had an appointment on June 16th. Got there about 9:05 for my appointment at 9:15. I stood at the check in desk for about 5 minutes before she knew I was standing there. She had her face deep in her phone. I have been going to the office for years and the girls at the desk are so unfriendly. They never make you feel welcoming. They need some customer service training.
It was my 1st time here, the receptionist was on her phone , I said Hi never answered until she was done though it wasnt more than 30 seconds. Also the lady who attended to me 1st told me she was gonna dilate me which I said ok but she NEVER tell me I won't be able to drive or was I informed earlier that I shouldn't drive when coming. . I couldnt see more that some feet away from me, I have to park my car and ask for help. That's a costly mistake. But the dentist that attended to me was really great and friendly. I won't wish to be back there
