I have been going to Dr Faust approximately 10 years and I've always been very happy with the service that I get. Dr Faust is the doctor who discovered a lesion behind my right eye and sent me to Indianapolis to see Dr mintern about that lesion and I was very happy with Dr minterns professional help also very very thorough doctor and I left Indianapolis very happy that the outcome was nothing to worry about just to keep an eye on it. I feel like I am in very good hands with Dr Faust and Dr Minturn.

I needed contacts urgently during a weekend trip out of town, and Midwest Eye Consultants was fantastic. They got me in on short notice on a Saturday, quickly verified my prescription, and fitted me with the exact brand and parameters I normally use. The staff was friendly and efficient, and everything felt professional. My contacts felt comfortable right away, which saved my weekend! Highly recommend if you need fast, reliable service

I am so glad my daughter did not find glasses at the office who completed her exam. We walked in to look for glasses without an appointment and was taken care of with patience and kindness. Needless to say we switched everything over to this office and was quite pleased with the service already!

Phenomenal customer service! I’ve been a customer of Midwest Eye Consultants since the first grade. I’ve been going to the LaPorte location for years but this year the young lady “Shelby” adjusting glasses couldn’t seem to get it right. I went there five different times to get my frames adjusted within a two week period, and she just kept warping my frames and bending them every which way. She made the frames so tight I had red indentations on the back of my ears. Then when trying to fix it, she warped my glasses arm all out of whack to where it wasn’t even touching my head on the right side, and told me that’s the best way she knew how to fix it. I came to Mishawaka’s Midwest Eye Consultant location today and the lady adjusting glasses did an outstanding job. She listened to exactly what was making the arms of my glasses frames uncomfortable & took her time to make sure they fit me properly. Took her five minutes to fix what the other location failed to in five different attempts. I was very close to getting my prescriptions printed and never coming back but the nice ladies at the Mishawaka location changed my mind. Thank you so much!!
