A wonderful optical team that make appointments pleasant and informative. Excellent check-in with Deb, proficient testing with Technician Lexie, professional exams and down-to-earth explanations provided by Dr. Craig, skilled scribing by April, friendly and knowledgeable service by the optical team—Karen and Jacob—and experienced checkout service from Asst. Mngr. Amanda and Lucas. Also, don't miss out on the Interface frames; they come with clip-on sunglasses and yellow lenses.

Dr. Craig and his staff are always knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient! I have been a patient of his for years, and I have never had a bad experience. Amanda and Annette are amazing and always welcome me and my children with kindness, warmth, and genuine compassion. They consistently go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Craig and his entire team to anyone looking for exceptional medical care. Thank you all for everything you do!

Everyone at Midwest Eye Consultants was so professional, kind, and thorough throughout my entire visit. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything about my eye exam and prescription. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how attentive everyone was. I’ve had glasses pretty much my entire life and this is by far the best experience I’ve had. From the genuine customer service interactions to cracking jokes and making it fun, 110% recommend this location. The staff It’s very welcoming,, knowledgeable, and helpful. I believe Brandon checked me in & was phenomenal, so was April & my checkout lady ( I don’t remember her name, but she had this long, gorgeous, red hair and wore glasses too). I Had to order new glasses because my prescription got worse, but the checkout lady fixed my broken ones for the time being . My initial plan was to was going to transfer Back to the location that I was originally at, but after this experience, I won’t be going anywhere else❤️

Dr Craig was amazing!!! Abby was great and worked very hard. Amazing at her job. Explains things well. Educated me! KAREN YOU ARE SO AWESOME!!! Thank you for helping me find the cutest glasses! Lukas was super kind and friendly. Everyone I’ve spoken to today was SO KIND AND NICE!!! Abby, Lukas, Dr Kraig, KAREN ESPECIALLY they were all so amazing. I want Karen to be my new best friend lol. Thank you so much, Midwest. You did an amazing job hiring such wonderful and amazing people. The glasses i picked out are so freaking cute and match my personality so well!!! I am so happy!!!!
