Got into my appt on time. Very friendly staff. The woman who did most of my exam was very nice. Just saw the Dr. at the end of my appt for one test. Thats new. The woman that helped pick out my new glasses was very helpful. Even called my insurance company to verify benefits. Very happy with experience.
Amazing it took 48 hours to get my lenses in. I didn't get anything special on my lenses. I wish I would of known though you can't ensure your lenses unless you pay 50 bucks for the carbon fiber lense or whatever it is but they are great here highly recommend them. Super good with my 3 year old being with me also!!
I love Michiana Eye Center! I've been a patient for many years and this visit was unexpected, but they worked me in. I also appreciate the quick turnaround of my new glasses! 1 week! I was so happy when I got the call... because I was leaving for vacation.
I desperately needed my glasses replaced. MEC got me in right away, they explained everything clearly. What a great team!! Angie was able to assist and picked out the perfect frame, as mine were a little too old just replace the lenses.. She is awesome, the whole team is! I'm glad I made the choice to choose Michigan Eye Care! Thank you for being so welcoming!
Very friendly and straightforward. If you are nervous like me getting glasses they will help you pick something in budget and fits your look. 100% recommend, give the girls at the counter a raise as well🙂
