PODIATRY OFFICE experience was very positive. 5 🌟 INTERNIST OFFICE: 1 star, difficult to get a real person by phone, but it wasnt that way a few years ago! We have sat on hold for 45-60 minutes. We requested a call from the office manager and she just laughed when we told her about the wait time. Her comment was, "That's all? Most people wait longer than that!" I don't know if she is still there; that happened a few years ago. We've left that office now permanently. PARKING: Many locations are provided, but after about 9 AM, it is hard to find a parking space. GREETERS: very helpful and kind! FACILITY: very clean and easy to maneuver. Stairwells are very open and have a lot of windows so they are very safe.

If I could give zero stars for the administrative and scheduling staff, I would. While our actual doctors are wonderful, the front-facing staff—specifically a scheduler named Elisa and a supervisor named Kesha—engage in blatant profiling and discrimination. When I called to schedule a referral eye exam for my daughter, Elisa immediately assumed we did not have health insurance. As a Hispanic woman with an accent, I am unfortunately used to discrimination, but being denied medical scheduling for my child is a new low. When I informed her that my child is fully insured, she became defensive. Because I was rightfully irritated by her profiling, she flat-out refused to schedule the appointment, claiming she didn't like my tone. When I spoke to her supervisor, Kesha, things only got worse. She demanded "proof of insurance" before she would even put my daughter on the calendar, and refused to let me schedule the visit as self-pay. They completely gatekept a child's medical care over their own biases. It is terrifying that these employees have the power to block a pediatrician’s referral. What happens to families who truly don't have insurance? Are they just refused care? We are taking our family's healthcare elsewhere to a clinic that doesn't reward discrimination, lack empathy, or treat minorities with such blatant ignorance and disrespect.

I always get excellent care at South Bend Clinic. My primary care doctor is the best anywhere! I also see several specialists there and have never gotten less than exemplary care. They are very attentive, active listeners, explain things well, and always ask if I agree with their recommendations for treatment or referrals. Overall, I have not seen the level of care anywhere else, that I can count on at SB Clinic.

I’m one of these guys who fear dental work. After my extraction and bone graft I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! NO PAIN with only Novocain. I worried for nothing. Dr. Paul and his assistant Heather were wonderful! Thought my jaw and face would hurt but NO PAIN the following day. Highly recommend for oral surgery and dental work. 10+

Had to arrive early to get X-rays done before my post surgery appointment. They were vary quick to get those done so I had to wait awhile for my appointment. The hip replacement went very well and recovery was as expected. I’d say that’s a success.
