Dr Garber is awesome! She was very helpful when I needed a more effective asthma treatment. Dr Kozak is great too.

I have been a patient at Centennial Healthlinc for over a year now. As a recovering opiate addict who has been through many different clinics and doctors for Suboxone, Dr. Kozak at Healthlinc is the best. The whole team at Healthlinc is amazing. I have never felt judged or looked down on. Dr. Kozak has been very patient with me. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a primary doctor out help with addiction. I recommend this clinic for any of your health needs. For people with no insurance, they have a sliding fee. They even have a pharmacy in their Mishawaka, Indiana location. They make it possible for you to afford your medicine. They have social workers that can help with signing you up for Medicaid, Food Stamps, and other vital programs. They can assist in finding housing for their patients. Hands down, without a doubt, best clinic I have ever been a patient of. Highly recommended!!!

Healthlinc Centennial is by far, my favorite Healthlinc center! Dr. Sutherland is passionate about her work as a provider and makes it comfortable to talk about all that's ailing me while working with my needs to make a care plan that works! I never feel rushed- even with her VERY BUSY schedule. She's worth the wait! All of the staff from the front desk, referrals, phlebotomy, N.P., nurses and other providers in office, are incredibly knowledgeable. If they don't know something straight away, they will help find the solution. ♡ Thanks for all you do!

Dr. Schmucker is one of the best doctors I’ve seen. He is thorough with each visit, he is kind, he is very knowledgeable, and you can tell that he cares. I’m my experience, although busy, the clinic tends to run very smoothly and the staff is friendly. I have rarely waited longer than 15 minutes past my appointment time before being called back. All in all, if Dr. Schmucker is helping you manage your health, then you are in excellent and capable hands!
