Have always had a great visit. Drs. & All staff are efficient and friendly. Always been happy to go there for my eye care! 🤓 💯 I do give Craig a 200, goes above and beyond, always pleasant, no matter how busy he is!!, and I have him decide what glasses I should choose! Lol

I had an outstanding experience at Midwest Eye Consultants. From the front desk staff to the technicians, doctor assistants, and eye doctor, everyone was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. They made the entire visit comfortable, informative, and stress-free. I especially want to recognize the optician/optometric technician working up front. He was handling everything by himself after another employee unexpectedly quit the week prior, yet you never would have known it from the level of service he provided. He was assisting numerous patients at once while remaining calm, attentive, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure every customer understood their options and received the maximum benefits from their insurance, along with any available discounts to help save money. Despite being extremely short-staffed, he never rushed anyone and made every patient feel like a priority. That level of customer service is rare. I've been going to eye doctors for over 27 years, and this gentleman is one of the most knowledgeable professionals I've ever encountered. His experience in the industry clearly shows. He set the standard for what exceptional customer service should look like and truly raised the bar. The quality of service, professionalism, and atmosphere at this office are second to none. Even while operating short-handed, they delivered what was easily the best eye care experience I've ever had. Kudos to this gentleman. His expertise and commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience set the gold standard for the industry. He absolutely deserves recognition for his outstanding work. I highly recommend Midwest Eye Consultants to anyone looking for exceptional eye care. This team genuinely goes above and beyond for their patients.

I'm most grateful for the excellent care I received for my eye emergency yesterday! There's a sense of panic when something goes wrong with one's eye. You don't want to wait if there's an eye problem! I contacted Midwest Eye's emergency number and they scheduled me immediately. It was at another office and that was fine, because they had access to my records. Many thanks to the doctor and staff!

I have been coming to this location for years; however, the quality of care has continued to decline. My most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I went in due to intense eye pain—constant watering and a sharp, stabbing feeling when I blink. The doctor spent maybe three minutes examining my eye before dismissing my concerns and telling me everything was fine. What made it worse was the tone—there was almost a laugh in his voice when he said nothing was wrong, as if my pain was something humorous. It felt rushed, dismissive, and honestly disrespectful. The staff member who brought me back for the pre-exam also seemed untrained and unprofessional, which only added to the frustration. When you’re dealing with real discomfort, you expect to be taken seriously—not brushed off. The only positive part of my experience was the gentleman who helps with glasses fittings—he was kind, attentive, and truly the only person who made the visit somewhat pleasant. Overall, I’m very disappointed and will likely be looking elsewhere for care moving forward.
