The staff who work here know the best way to make one feel welcomed. The environment is great.The process and procedure was very professional. Every question I had was answered and Dr Forrest was great to work with. I highly recommend
I was very pleased with the service that I received, from the person that I talk to on the phone to set up my appointment to the office staff that I met and helped me out. The doctor was very pleasant and informed me about everything that he did at the appointment and the future appointments ahead. Thank you.
Dr. Keating is the best. Full confidence in him. The eye glass fitting by the staff has not been great experience. The location of the progressive lenses is not correct after two attempts. Have to continue to wear my old glasses.
Left a message to schedule and months later never received a call back. Takes forever to get your glasses when you buy them. Not the best experience for sure. I'm swithching to a different business for my eye exam this year.
Excellent group from the front desk to the docs! Relaxed atmosphere with great personalities. Highly recommended!
