Dr. Soulier is a very thorough optometrist that I have used for years as well as my son and grandchildren. He does not hurry the examination and answers any questions I have. If he sees an issue during the examination, he will provide a detailed description of what his concern is and schedules a follow up appointment. I feel very comfortable with his knowledge and expertise and highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Soulier EyeCare to anyone . Dr.Soulier was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr.Soulier took the time to listen to all my questions. His staff was friendly and helpful. This is the best eye care I have gotten in a long time. Definitely going back and telling all my friends and family .

I have been going to Dr Soulier ever since he took over for Dr Rutan. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field which is only exceeded by his dedication to his patients. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Although I don’t have any vision insurance I find his prices very affordable and fair.

Dr Soulier takes pride and great care in servicing his patients! I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience over 5yrs being his patient, whether its eye health, understanding proper eye care or if I needed a timely direction on possible eye injury! He manages to make everyone feel they are a priority to him and his office! I have referred other patients that made him their preferred provider!!! Many thanks doc 😁
