Dr Beard is caring and compassionate. Always takes his time doing a thorough exam. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more!

I always have a very positive experience at Midwest Eye Consultants, Reed Road. Doctor Taylor is professional, caring, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and professional. They have a great selection of glasses, and the office itself is always comfortable and clean.

Dr. Beard is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. He takes excellent care of my eyes, as well as my two daughters. His staff is also helpful and friendly.

Would give five stars but the receptionist is unprofessional. Every time I’ve encountered her or spoke on the phone with her she’s been very rude. The rest of the staff are absolutely phenomenal. The assistant we had today was a younger man who was so kind impatient with my seven-year-old son. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure that we were comfortable. He engaged with my son and eased his nerves. Doctor Beard is awesome. Always in a very friendly mood. Kind hearted and compassionate about what he does. Constantly recommending him to our friends and family because he does so well with children. Overall, a amazing place amd good people

Been trying to get a hold of them for a bill they sent my son but they never answer nor call back after leaving a message. This has been going on for a few weeks. I've been taking my kids here since they were on Lake Ave. Never had a problem until recently with the calls. The staffing has gone downhill since they moved to the current location. But Dr. Taylor is great! Looks like I'm just going to have to make a trip there.
