I love this place, sliding scale fee, great staff, great experience. The youthfulness of the interns and their fresh perspectives on recent studies gives them an edge for problem solving and diagnosis and the balance to that is the more seasoned Doctors that assist with treatment and "watch over" them to make sure all is good. It's a great visit every time. Everyone should use Neighborhood clinics❤️

You get what you get as a poor person as there's not many affordable options for care. Sometimes the nurses talk to you like a human sometimes it's like you're annoying them by caling and asking questions. Very mixed bag of half decent people and people who are either burnt out or just dgaf.

Dr. Waterson is a fantastic doctor. He's been my doctor for many years. I highly recommend him and this office for all your medical needs. All of the other doctors I have seen there have also been outstanding.

I understand this to be a teaching facility and, as such, I feel that that makes the experience all the better. With any profession you have the chance of “burnout” affecting the professionals in any given field of expertise. Having the opportunity to seek healthcare providers that are young, energetic, excited and eager to help is ideal. The ONLY downfall being that these doctors often move on after a few years and their internship is completed. I’ve been going to the clinic for a few years now and have experience care from several providers. All have been outstanding. Though, from my experience, Dr. Kimberly Jones MD stands above the rest.

Medical care is best I have found in this area. Not only are the doctors top notch, the service staff, nursing, everyone are extremely helpful and caring. Cannot say enough about how lucky fort Wayne is to have this office.
