I purchased new frames and lenses for my wife here in July 2025 due to my wife having an eye injury. This review is about the eye glasses part. Dr. Peck the Ophthalmologist on the other side is fantastic and saved my wife's eyes so this review isn't about him. Anyway we also paid extra for them to be expedited because my wife really needed the glasses to recover her eyes. Anyway by August 8th 2025 they still hadn't arrived and I had to go to medical appointments at the Hines V A. in Chicago. On that Monday afternoon they texted me that the glasses had finally arrived. Unfortunately we were already in Chicago at the V A and I already was attending to my appointments through Thursday. So knowing that this clinic closes at noon on Friday we all got up early to get back to Clinton before they closed for the weekend until Monday. We made it back in time and received the glasses and they did a hurry up adjustment and we went home. Not even 30 minutes later while unpacking the car my wife is crying in pain from the adjustment and since they were closed already I took her to Walmart. And the tech at Walmart immediately saw the glasses and said Oh My God and took the glasses and fixed what Midwest Vision didn't. Recently we moved from Clinton to Lubbock Texas and my wife got her yearly eye exam and we took the prescription to an Eyeglass lab and they ordered the lenses and when they got the new lenses before they could even put the new lenses in while trying to remove the old lens the frame cracked. Only 11 months old. I contacted Midwest Vision and told them what happened and they flat out refused to do anything about it and refused to acknowledge that their frames were defective. I would understand if the frames were 3 or more years old and this happened but not when they're less then a year old. If I ever returned to Clinton I would never give my business to this place ever again. And I definitely wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!

I know when I go to Midwest I can all ways count on. Good service and polite ladies. Because I walk with a cane and very slowly they are patient with me.Dr. Peck is very friendly and explains every thing very well.

We always feel cared for at Midwest Vision. The staff are always friendly, kind and skilled. Dr Peck listens carefully and answers thoroughly. We also appreciate the picturesque scenes and music on the tv screens. It creates a calm atmosphere and is a refreshing change.

Staff was nice, helpful and polite. Doctor was great, he was nice and confident in providing future care for myself. I'm happy to be going to a local optometrist! Also they have a nice selection of glasses to choose from.

Got my new glasses there and they are the worst glasses I have ever owned. I'm practically blind. I can see better with them off than I can. Wearing in my glasses. There was no customer service.I went back to have them readjusted. and they practically ignored me it costs me almost a thousand dollars and i'm very dissatisfied.I'll never go back ever
