Milford Franklin Eye Center

I had a great experience at Milford Franklin Eye Center. I’ll be honest, there can be a wait, but it’s completely worth it. They make it very clear to schedule accordingly, and honestly, this isn’t a fast food place, it’s your vision. I’d much rather wait and get thorough, quality care than be rushed in and out. Dr. Roger Kaldawy is amazing. He was extremely thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure all of my questions were answered. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and the quality of care he provides. The staff was friendly and professional, and the office itself was clean and well run. Overall, the level of care here really stands out, and I’d definitely recommend Milford Franklin Eye Center!

Cannot say enough about Dr. Kaldara and the staff at the office and surgical center Very professional but welcoming. I have worn glasses since middle school and now I am a senior citizen! I loved having the option to not have to wear glasses. I am so pleased with the results and also a little sad when I realize how dull colors etc had become the day after my first surgery and went outside to have my coffee and could not be believe how blue the sky was and how we yellow the flowers were. If you are ready to have cataract surgery,sign up today! You will be so excited about the outcome! P.S. Don't worry about the dust that you also notice !

I'd like to leave 10 stars. Dr. Kaldawy is fantastic. He took care of my eye condition brilliantly. His concern was/is always my welfare. Being able to have my appointments in Milford and not having to travel an hour+ is also fantastic. And, the staff he has assembled is also terrific. 10 Stars given if possible! Thank you, Doctor! I have had very positive experiences at Milford-Franklin Eye Center. The staff is wonderful. Dr. Kaldawy is very knowledgeable and kind. I was told ahead of time to budget for a 2 hour visit. I was there for about an hour and 45 minutes. I am very happy with the care I have received at this practice.

Are you willing to risk your credit score to make an appointment with Milford-Franklin Eye Center, a facility with self-admitted inaccuracies? I missed an appointment in December 2023 due to a family death. They waived the no-show fee at the time, which I appreciate. However, without any further communication to me, they reinstated the no-show fee at some point this year. A debt collection agency attempted to collect $600, an absurd and completely false amount, from this no-show. I left a review on the debt collection agency for attempting to scam me out of hundreds of dollars. Milford-Franklin Eye Center admitted in a voicemail that they were at fault and later called me with a bribe, saying they'd waive the no-show fee if I take down my review. I explained to them that this no-show fee was already waived years ago and Milford-Franklin Eye Center went against their word. I'm writing this review to warn others. I received a "negative alert" on my credit file that states a business flagged me to Collections. It appeared AFTER Milford-Franklin Eye Center said the debt was removed. The timing is quite telling. I am not taking this review down until the negative alert is off my credit file. My credit score will be damaged due to Milford-Franklin Eye Center's grotesque inability to maintain accurate billing records and for providing outrageously false claims to debt collectors. Please tell your billing department or First Financial Resources to remove the flag from my credit account.
