I was so nervous for this appointment! it was my first one in many years, I had never been to this office, and I was pretty sure I was going to be prescribed all day wear glasses. I should not have worried! Although I do need all day wear glasses I was treated with the utmost kindness and was walked through every step. Overall, from reception to payment, I worked with four individual women and they all did an amazing job. So happy I finally got this done but even happier I chose this office! Thank you Milford Opticare! And special thanks to Dr. Kingsolver for helping me finally get the right prescription!

April greeting you as you walk in was very pleasant very positive vibe! Abbey was very personable and explained in detail every test she was performing on my eyes. Dr. Kingsolver is very thorough and spent all the time explaining never felt rushed. This was mine and my husband's first visit to get established as patients. From check in to testing to picking out our glasses, I am incredibly impressed with this care team. They listened to any concerns or questions we had, and I appreciate how much Dr. Kingsolver took our different medical conditions into consideration when going through the testing. This is one of the best eye doctors I've seen and I'm really grateful to have them as a part of my care team. Plus, it's locally owned and ran, so yay for supporting a small business! Things I love about this eye doctor and office: have always been on time with minimal waits, never overcrowded and I never feel rushed or pressured, very friendly staff, and accept my insurance... and Dr. Malof is wonderful and thorough. Today we noted the office is family friendly to their own staff as well and we definitely appreciate and want to support employers like that!

I came in for an eye exam. The receptionist was very kind and polite. Tracie made my experience exceptional. She laid out everything occurring at the appointment. She answered any question with ease. After, picking out frames was a breeze! Highly recommend!
