Everyone was super friendly, the facility was beautiful and clean. Dr.Andy Hawari was very thorough and took the time to help my husband and I with the options that work best for us. His wife was so sweet and attentive. Everyone there was helpful. The staff was great.
We've been here twice. The first time 2 years ago. The staff was great and very helpful but it took about 2.5 to 3 weeks to get both sets of glasses. My husband's were ready before mine were. The excuse then were the lenses didn't fit, and needed to be fixed, OK no problem. Now my husband lost his glasses, they got him in asap which was amazing. He can't see to do his paperwork required to do his job without his glasses, (he doesn't have a backup pair at $1250 a pair) his appointment was May 5th, it is now May 29th and still no glasses. It's Friday. Monday my husband leaves to go back out of town for the week, so another week without glasses. I was told on Weds it would be today weds or tomorrow Thursday so the 27th or 28th, never heard anything, so I called and get placed on hold for 8 minutes to be told ugh I'm going to talk to the Dr. I'm thinking I'm going to be placed back on hold, but no the line disconnects. We won't be going back after we pick up his glasses. The Dr is awesome, the staff except 1 is great, but everthing else is disappointing. If we knew it would take this long, we would've went somewhere else.
My wife tried them and got poor service. The exam went fine but then they don’t listen to you when you tell them about what you can afford!! They waste your time by immediately showing the expensive stuff first and then still don’t listen and keep pushing. My wife finally told them FORGET it and she went to Dehaven Eye Clinic and got much better service
Dr. Hawari and his entire staff are excellent! Great friendly, courteous, and professional atmosphere. Very easy to make an appointment and they always insure quality service. My wife and I have been patients there for 2 years now and highly recommend this practice for eye care. Extremely knowledgable and they make sure you are completely satisfied. Thanks for the great care!
I really liked Dr. Hawari, he was very informative and professional. The women at the front desk were very nice and the young lady in the glasses department was amazing, she helped me find the perfect pair of glasses and was very helpful. Everyone in this office is just a delight!
