Hello All: I am here to give a testimony to the EXCELLENT quality and service of the Mineola Vision & Glasses center. We ordered glasses there and first of all the staff are SUPERIOR in their knowledge, accuracy, speed, and courteousness. I can't say enough good things about Cindy, Nikki, and the other lady (dark brown hair). The glasses we ordered also have the Nikon lenses. The glasses arrived in just a few days and were BEAUTIFUL. Before you decide the staff ask you questions, measure your nose/head and answer any questions you might have. You don't feel rushed and can take your time deciding on frames. They have redesigned the vision center with a long center table/workstation and chairs so you are relaxed and comfortable while there. They phone you immediately upon arrival and stay open until 8:00pm. They take extra care to clean them, adjust them to your nose and ears and provide you with a nice case and cleaning kit. The selection of frames is just as good as any online vision stores, however the personal service and commitment to excellence really shines at this vision center. Next, the prices are reasonable and affordable. I use the Mineola Vision center every time I order glasses. I couldn't be more pleased. You won't be disappointed. They stand by their warranty but most of all the ladies who work there are AMAZING and truly professional. That kind of service isn't possible with an online seller. With this post I have included my Coach designer glasses and a second pair of bifocals. Cindy measured my eye line and the adjustment from near to far vision is perfect. I can wear them without moving my head and neck up and down too frequently. Like I mentioned above they are truly THE BEST at what they do. I'll be back again when time comes for another pair of glasses. I wouldn't shop anywhere else! :)
