3 months ago I went to Pearl Vision for an eye exam just like I do every other year. Normal as always. Got my new glasses and went on my way. Recently I needed to get contacts due to scuba lessons and a vacation I have in a week. You'd think they would just use the same super recent prescription so i can just have some new contacts shipped right? Nope. Apparently i need to get another eye test even though they use the same results for both glasses and contacts. Whatever. We ball. They said my mother's insurance covers it and the copay is only 10 bucks. Went to Pearl Vision yesterday and got that done only to find out that they charged us $109 and gave us NO itemized bill just the credit card payment even though I DELIBERATELY confirmed that it was all covered. My ONLY guess is that the contacts that they sent me home with weren't actually covered and we still had to pay the 10 dollars for the exam. Not only that but they were rude as hell to my mother and step father on the phone.

What I like most is that the location is convenient to access and there is a a great selection of glasses next door. The staff was super prompt and got me taken care of super quickly

I am in love with the frame that I found here and wouldn't trade these glasses for anything else in the world. I can't say enough good things about Ella the Manager @ Pearle Vision Lewisville! She was so, so helpful, knowledgeable & caring. She even helped me with my appointment to get my eyes examined. She was so patient & consulted me concerning which glasses were the best fit for me. She was so knowledgeable concerning my insurance vision benefits. I definately will return & will recommend this location.

Margo was extremely helpful and made picking a pair of glasses a lot easier and less stressful. I was able to get two pairs for a very affordable price and she made sure to work with me to get both pairs under my budget. I was also able to walk out with both of them the same day. Thank you!!!
