I had a great experience from start to finish as a new patient! When I first called, I spoke with Katie who was so friendly and got me in for an emergency appointment very quickly. Dr. Park was SO kind, gentle, and very thorough during my exam. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable. I honestly don’t like anyone near my eyes but she made me feel at ease the entire time! Great customer service and I highly recommend!

This was my first appointment in 12 years and my first time visiting this optometrist. I had nothing but a positive experience from the moment I checked in. The eye tests before the exam with the doctor was quick and easy and utilize tried and true methods as well as the latest tech like VR! Dr. Amanda Walsh was so sweet and wonderful and took her time with me. I never felt rushed. Then when it came to picking my glasses, it was a very straightforward experience. There was the usual upselling techniques as you would find anywhere, but not at all pushy, and they were very polite and helpful. Happy to come back next year.

My husband and I went to MV Optometric Center and had a very good experience. The office staff was friendly, Dr. Walsh, our Optometrist, was top notch. And they have all the state of the art/science equipment for evaluating vision issues. The Optician, Jonathan, was very helpful too. Great selection of frames and lens colors. We used this office a number of years ago but we were not too impressed. But I noticed that there were new doctors and staff and that they had very good reviews. So we decided to try them again and we're really glad we did. We highly recommend!

I can’t give enough praise to Mission Viejo Optometric Center. I’ve been a patient for 3 years, and my wife has been going even longer. The office staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I was even able to be accommodated and fit in during my wife’s appointment, which was greatly appreciated. My wife and I were greeted promptly by Sarah and Jaileth, who conducted our eye tests professionally and efficiently. Dr. Walsh was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain our results and address all of our questions and concerns. Our optician, Jonathan, was also incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and made the entire process easy and pleasant. Overall, every visit has been a great experience, and I would highly recommend Mission Viejo Optometric Center for your family’s vision needs.

Appt with Dr Park. Assistant was really good. Patient, informative, friendly and responsive. Dr Park is kind, friendly, professional with a welcoming demeanor. She explained options to me as I had recent cataract surgery. She answered my questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend Dr Park and Mission Viejo Optometric Center.
