Mississippi Eye Associates

This place is nothing short of amazing. I've struggled with eye doctors for years never feeling comfortable and the feeling that profet came first. Mississippi eye associates is a breath of fresh air. They have gotten my trust. No games just exalant and professional treatment at a good price. Thank you Mississippi eye associates you are the best !

My first visit and I was VERY pleased. Brenda, my technician was amazing!!!!! She knew exactly what I needed. Very professional yet laid back. Dr, Sutton was so nice and caring. The entire staff CAN NOT be beat. I can not Thank Brenda enough for all of her help. I finally found a great eye doctor.

This is probably the worst optometrist office I have ever been to. I have been here 3 times now. The first time years ago, I was waiting past my appointed time by over an hour, so I left. After a couple years went by, I gave them another shot, and magically, I was seen on time - YAY! So I came back the following year which was today, and again, I was waiting for over an hour past my appointed time. That is absolutely ridiculous. That means last year when they saw me within a reasonable amount of time, that was an outlier! Their normal is to make you wait until you mentally break or have to get back to work. Never coming back to this one, shame on me.

This office is horrible if you have children don't even bother. They claim to have notified you when there is an issue with your insurance but never verify if their "incripted" system actually sent the message out. Even after spending 20 minutes on the phone with the insurance to get it sorted they still claim there is an issue. They just want your money. Horrible customer service for parents taking kids out of school and time off work to come here. If I could give a 0 star I would. The office manager who spoke to me didn't seem to find any problems with their process and. Instead deflected the problem saying "other places don't even try to contact you" as if that somehow makes their inconsideration excusable

Went to pick my glasses up couldn't see out of them they sent them back to redo still couldn't see the lens were blurry the lady told me they would recheck my eyes BUT couldn't fit me in the time frame so I would have to pay so I'm assuming they take your insurance money and then your money because they couldn't fit me in their time frame The Computer the lady was using she said was acting up since they have switched to electronic so she had to write everything down either She didn't write the right numbers down when they check my eyes or optical, put the wrong lens in twice in my glasses, but yet they couldn't find the time to fit me in during their timeframe so therefore she said , I would have to pay out-of-pocket. I just don't understand that doesn't make any sense.
