My experience with Makayla was extremely disappointing. She was rude and condescending when speaking to me, and her overall behavior was absolutely atrocious. I felt disrespected throughout the interaction and was very uncomfortable with the way I was treated. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, and unfortunately, that was not my experience with Makayla.

I’ve had one eye done so far and the other is next week. I can already see better!! The staff at the office and the surgery center are so friendly and helpful. I 100% recommend them if you need anything for your eyes!! Second eye completed!! I’m very pleased with everything!! I am sad that my surgeon is moving but he assured me his partners will follow up with anything I might need. I have faith as I know they’ve been there a while.
My very first visit. All my new patient paperwork had been submitted days before. They booked me for a 10:00 appointment. I was in the waiting room til 11:00. Absolutely not cool. Finally I had to leave so I stopped at the desk to let them know. The Dr was at that desk and let me know she would be in shortly. I should’ve just left but I waited. When she finally came in she let me know this is just how it is. (Basically I might as well just get used to it). I definitely won’t be back
Waited 30 minutes 15 outside 15 inside. In a former visit I was turned away for being 15 minutes late. My Dr left the practice. Everyone was clueless and this female arrived never introduced herself .I was disgusted but that wasn't all. They told me I had a payment I get a dozen annoying reminder calls, texts Never a hey we don't take your insurance anymore. Then with me in the house after I had already complained about waiting the challenged representative never mentioned a change in insurance until I was checking out. And it got worse , my throbbing concerns were never addressed.
Had an 8:45 appointment, yes I did get there early but when the 8:45 timeframe came they called two different people who came there after me. I had to ask the receptionist what was going on. She said that I had came there too early. Plus she said that they were not behind on their appointments. I responded with the two other people who came there after me and were called during the time I was supposed to be seen. She said she would look into it. 25 minutes after my appointment time I was finally called back.
