This is definitely not my first time using Modern Optical, and that's probably the best recommendation I can give. Every time I buy new sunglasses or regular eyeglass frames, I bring them here for lens replacement because I know the job will be done perfectly. So far, I've trusted them with eight pairs of glasses, and I already know I'll be back when I buy my next frames! ;; Great place my boyfriend was very frustrated and the curly haired blonde lady (I did not get her name) was just the greatest. He got his new pair of glasses and not got three pairs of glasses that were in absolute pieces put back together to their original form. Absolutely a sweetheart. Great service.

the only great thing about this Modern Optical Vision Center is the optometrist. He is an excellent specialist. The woman who is sitting at the reception desk, with big yellow hair, seems to be placed there on purpose to steal your money, because for every small thing, she gives you a price that in any other optical shop would be half as much. I don't know the real purpose of her being there, but this is a person who was sitting there to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. At the same time, the quality leaves a lot to be desired, to put it mildly. The quality is terrible; they can't even fit your glasses properly, and it's just awful.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The service was efficient and well organized—my glasses were ready within ten minutes after the doctor’s exam. The entire team maintained a positive and courteous attitude, making the visit smooth and pleasant. Special recognition to Alyona, the front desk manager, for her outstanding professionalism and attentive care. The doctor demonstrated excellent bedside manners and took the time to ensure all my questions were answered.
