We love the doctor and her staff. They are very helpful with letting us choose glasses options that fit our budget. They are not high pressure sales which is very unique in the eye glass market. Eye exams are through and using modern technology, no dilation. We are an over 65 couple. The doctor takes the time to explain what is normal aging, what we can expect in the future.
Dr. Chen at Modern Vue Eye Care sees our entire family, and we consistently have great experiences there. Her office staff are always pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. One thing I especially appreciate is the atmosphere of the clinic — instead of blasting TVs like many medical offices do, they play music, which makes the environment feel much calmer and more relaxing. The office itself is beautifully decorated and genuinely feels warm and welcoming. Dr. Chen uses modern equipment and takes her time with patients. She explained my eye health thoroughly, answered my questions, and spent as much time as needed helping me find the right contact lens fit. The staff also helped me get the maximum discount available on my contacts, which I really appreciated. Although they sell glasses in the office, I never felt pressured to buy anything. Even though Dr. Chen is out of network for my insurance, the level of care, expertise, and overall experience make it well worth it for me.

Dr. Wei and her lovely staff are the best! I'm horrible at making decisions and was dreading having to pick new frames today for glasses. With their help I was able to find a pair I loved in under 5 minutes! Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable about their job. I will keep coming back to Modern Vue Eyecare!!
This is my first time to rate a doctor. This was the best experience I have ever had with a professional. She was completely engaging with detailed explanations and very attentive to my questions. All new state of the art equipment. Able to see the so much more than previous providers. Great professional demeanor. I have recommended her to several friends already. Look forward to next years check up. Staff was really good and competent. It was a true pleasure.
