I went in for my annual check-up and, as always, received excellent customer service. Hannah truly stood out—she was incredibly kind, patient, and guided me through every part of the eye exam with ease. She made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. It’s always a pleasure seeing both her and Dr. Garrett. Mayra and Hannah also helped me find the perfect pair of glasses while staying within my coverage budget. I really appreciate the care and attention they provide every visit.

Oh my goodness just floored by the great service by the staff wow. Dr Elliott did an amazing job with my eye exam and a dashing young man I believe his name is Isaac helped with tests prior to that. Again, from the staff working the front to the assistants in the back they were very kind and helpful. The facility itself is very nice, very clean, and very well taken care of. Highly recommend coming here if you need an eye exam!!

1 star. Staff were polite and the doctor seemed competent, but the service failed badly. I spent over $1,500 on glasses and contacts for my son, who depends on them to function. I was told they would arrive in about a week. After 3 weeks with no update, I called and was told the order had never been placed. No one reached out, no accountability, and no meaningful apology—just excuses. This delayed necessary care for my son. Because of this, I won’t be returning and will be seeking care elsewhere. For what it’s worth, I ended up ordering through 1-800 Contacts with a valid prescription and received them quickly and at a much lower cost. I expected far better reliability and follow-through from an in-person provider. This version hits hard without sounding emotional or ranty—people trust it more, and it reflects worse on them.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming to me when I arrived for my appointment. The doctor was knowledgeable, listened to all my issues and helped me getting my glasses and contacts. The staff was also so helpful with getting me some sample contacts until I could decide on which ones to go with. Thank you!

I can’t rave about this office enough! Dr. Garrett Elliott is extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. He has been instrumental in helping me with my unique vision situation and I am so grateful for him and all who work in his office.
