I have been with this practice for a very long time. I appreciate their attention to detail and the quality of the interactions that I have had with all of the personnel. The doctor took the time to answer all of my questions. The eye glass technician was well informed and very helpful while helping me pick out my new glasses.
Not sure when they moved but today was my first time at their new location. The name is the same but the service is terrible. Had and appointment at 2:40. Checked in a few minutes early and the receptionist said they were running behind but not more than 25 mins. I waited in the waiting room and watched others arrive after me and they were seen right away. Waited until 3:30 and walked to the front desk to let them know I was leaving but nobody was there. Waited another 5 mins and talked walking around the building trying to find someone. Finally found the person who checked me in and let her know I was leaving. As I was leaving, she asked if I wanted to reschedule? Really? I just waited 50 mins and never got called back and you want to know if I want to reschedule? Why the hell would I want to go through that again?
I’ve always enjoyed this practice and their selection of glasses. I had to take a break due to insurance but am now back with them think they are great. The practice I visited in between were great as well just prefer it here 🤷♂️
Was suppose to have new lenses and nobody helped me. Just wanted to sell new safety glasses and I said no thanks. Lady who helped me, walked over to the counter gave the lady at the counter a paper and I paid $7.50 and that was it. The lady who helped me was acting like she wanted to go home. Not happy about this. Will take my business somewhere else.
The front desk are accommodating and pleasant. I was late on my appointment because I had stomach issues,yet they still accepted me. The opthalmologist Dr. Lee is also nice and skilled.
