Haven't been into this location in person but today I called in looking for info. The phone was answered by Enana and she was the most helpful person ever. She had all the answers and ever shared helpful tips. I will definitely be doing business here based off the phone experience alone.
Exam was quick and easy, and the doctor walked me through several details. I took my time sorting through frame options and ultimately got a solid price for two pairs—one normal and one sunglasses. I appreciated that everyone was helpful and answered all my questions.
I had an outstanding experience at Same Day Optical. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was absolutely amazing. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. What impressed me the most was the speed. I was able to get my glasses within a few days, which was incredibly fast without sacrificing quality. The glasses look fantastic, and the prescription is perfect. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. It’s rare to find a place that combines great service, efficiency, and high-quality products all in one. I highly recommend Same Day Optical to anyone who needs glasses quickly and wants excellent customer care.
Great customer service! My daughter lost her glasses so I emailed them her prescription and they are able to do same day glasses.
I’m so impressed! I got my same-day prescription glasses here and the experience was awesome. The quality is great, but the customer service is what really stood out. Huge shout-out to the team who helped me the whole time. I didn’t get their names, but they were so knowledgeable and really understood my needs. Highly recommend!
