The doctor was great for my initial visit. However, while stopping by to pick up my glasses I was greatly disappointed. There was one person ahead of me waiting to get their glasses and when I thought it would be my turn, I was skipped over to tend to another customer. I understand that theyre busy, but its disappointing to be told you cant make an appt. for a pick up and ending up having to wait 45+ minutes to pick up your glasses.

The office staff is friendly, attentive, and consistently goes above and beyond. And in a world where that level of care is rare, this doctor still calls you personally after the weekend just to check on how you’re doing. Great doctor, great staff. Highly recommend.

Absolutely WONDERFUL! From the front desk, to the techs, to the doctor, to optical, everyone is absolutely wonderful. Doctor O is amazing and thorough. He is great with kids too! I can’t recommend them enough for eye care needs!
