Kind Manager took care of our son's glasses and made him feel comfortable. Was greeting by the manager after we pressed the call for assistance button on the kiosk. She finished with a customer and helped us right away. She was really nice would recommend 👌
I have been calling around and asking a lot of different vision centers questions as I am in need of a new pair of glasses. At this point I cant speak on their work as I have not used their services yet. But let me tell you, Lauren was such a delight to speak to. She answered all of my questions, some of them before I asked, and was so friendly the whole time. After speaking to a lot of other company's about their prices and services I was starting to feel anxious calling another company, having to go through the annoyance of another person who hates their job... Lauren made me feel comfortable and able to get all of my questions out. As someone with social anxiety I appreciated it so much! She definitely enjoys her job and treats people with respect. She deserves a raise!
It started with the optometrist, Dr.Stephen Paley. He was very pleasant and educated me on a couple of things that I was worried about but had no reason. Felt much more at ease after talking to him. No wait either. Daniel Dobbins helped me obtain new glasses and was amazing. He told me prices and never tried to upsell or push upgrades just suggested a few things that would help. Great guy and I relieved my new glasses in two business days. Unbelievable. Totally recommend this store for your eye care needs.
Optician Daniel went out of his way to accommodate some special needs that I had while traveling. I live 1000 miles away, but he made it possible for me to get back on the road again with my glasses in top form. Can’t say enough about Daniel.
I needed a pair of glasses repaired and decided to try Walmart Eye Center again after going elsewhere over the years. I was So impressed with Lauren's care and patience and attentiveness to my needs! She's a gem. Based on today's service, I will be coming back to what I consider a top notch eye center!
