Premier Eye Center

I bought my eyeglasses at Premier Eye Center in Prescott, AZ. I’m very happy with their product and great service. I’m hard on my glasses so I go back occasionally to have the frames adjusted — and they always know how to tune them up just right. I stopped in the other day for a frame adjustment. Justin Smith, the optician, helped me and was so kind and professional — he really knew what to do to make them fit again. I asked him if he would adjust two other sunglasses that I did not buy from Premier Eye Center and told him I would pay for his work. He cheerfully fixed them both and did not charge me! He was so quick and did great work. I’m so grateful to Justin. The whole staff there are very nice and it’s a pleasure to go there.

I have been going here for a couple years and they are usually really good. But today I had an appointment at 3:30pm but didn't get to see the doctor until 4:58pm. He was nice but rushed and didn't do my prescription correctly. When I went to pick out glasses, after waiting for an hour-and-a-half to see the doctor, not only were they closed but they couldn't help me without correcting the prescription first, and the doctor already went home. They told me to come back tomorrow. So I didn't accomplish getting new glasses or even getting my correct prescription. It was very disappointing.

After a severe disappointment at M&M Eye Specialist in Chino Valley, we decided to stop at Premier Eye Center in Prescott without an appointment. We weren’t treated like dirt! We were welcomed and they got us right in with smiles. Dr Kelsie Stevens was absolutely delightful and assisted my husband with removing the millimeter sized foreign object in his left eye. She said his situation was considered the best case scenario. If you want to be treated with respect and professionalism, this is THE eye center I recommend. Bravo for turning our frowns upside down. Thank you!!!

as predicted my glasses were the wrong prescription. I had a second exam with Dr Sullivan on June 12, they sent my glasses back with a new script. they came back on the 22nd and were still wrong. So it was going to be another week. I asked for a full refund which they did and they were supposed to refund the insurance company as well. As of the 29th that has not happened. so here we are 6 weeks later and I still dont have glasses. I have gone to Premiere once a year for the past 5 years, however I will not go back to them again.

Excellent service. Many stylish frames. I was attended to quickly by Marla at the front desk. She answered my questions I initially had. Then Jamie, Carrie and Krista put up with me with a smile and were so friendly and helped me choose the perfect frame..I will recommend this place to anyone..
