When I went to shop for a frame, I felt like I was bothering the employees by asking their opinions and asking them to look at more frames. After spending over an hour trying to decide on a frame and spending almost $700 dollars on a new lens, I hate my glasses. Conveniently there is no exchange or return policy. Would have been nice if the employees could actually assist the customer with frame finding instead of chatting and gossiping with each other.

Been getting my glasses here for years. Never encountered a rude person. I have to question when someone is accused of rudeness how the initial encounter began. The quality of the glasses is great. Selection is great. The knowledge of the staff is good also and they are helpful.

I was greeted by a very upset customer who warned me of what I might experience if I chose to stay and get my eyes tested at Optical & Hearing Center. I should have listened. The doctor who did the eye test was nice, very conversational. At the end of the test he asked about glasses I pulled out to read something on my phone. I told him that they are readers. He asked for the specs - the ones I had on were 1.5. Today (02/27/2026) my husband went to pick up my glasses and brought them home. I tried them on but they were a bit oversized. I took them right back and there is where things went downhill. I wore them to drive with and it was very uncomfortable. I walked in and gave the time of day to a lady who was at the counter who did not look up or acknowledged by presence. Another attendant came from the back to inquire what I needed. I explained that the glasses were big and that they were difficult to drive with. She told me that I should not drive with them because they are READERS! I almost had a meltdown but kept my composure - the attendant was rude and spoke over me. She offered to get them resized. They have translucent lenses and cost $460! I was like WHY would I pay all that money and get an eye test for READERS? That was not what I wanted and I told them that I don't want the glasses. The attendant told me that I am stuck with the overpriced readers. I feel I got slammed. I was measured for the glasses yet I got oversized readers. I find their business practice to be very shady and disrespectful of customers. The glasses are nice but they are not what I went there for. I would never spend $460 on readers that I can pick up at the Dollar store!

I always come here but my glasses broke and I stopped in to see if they can help me and jade helped me out and guided me in the right dir cation and took her time assisting me very helpful also the front desk staff is awesome too the guy doctor is amazing he takes his time to check my daughters eyes and make sure everything is right they are all so friendly and helpful!! Definitely recommend!!

I needed glasses the same day, Danielle was able to get a copy of my prescription from my previous dr office and also got them to me same day. Can't say thank you enough!
