Dr Young is an amazing doctor. He's very professional and knowledgeable. Whoever does the schedule is not. That office was extremely overbooked. Scheduling 3 patients for the same test at the same time is not professional and just plain disrespectful to those there on time but have to wait an hour + to be tested. Try retraining those who do the schedule to better manage those appointments. I'm just very unhappy about my last visit. 2+ hours for 1 test, photos of my eyes and to see the dr.

Over the yrs I have heard ppl sharing negative experiences about the office in general. When i first started going it was rush in shift around wait. I have found the office runs much smoother and no long waits. The staff always pleasant, helpful and so engaging with my children. Dr. Moore is amazing! Started seeing her bc she takes children under age 6. Now our whole family goes to her. She is emapathetic and understanding toward my dtr's disabilities. Suggesting methods and resources on how to work with my dtr resistance with wearing her glasses. Dr. More even jumped in to support the staff, keep herself on time by comimg to get me from waiting area! Thats team work. As a Healthcare prof myself nothing is beneath me to promote a good experince for pts. Its not what you say to ppl, it's how you made them feel. Our family feels valued at Pocono eye associates. I pray they never schedule dr. Moore out of their E. Stbg location.❤️

Dr Willis is the absolute best!- He is a highly skilled specialist and also explains everything in a kind and respectful manner. The entire staff is friendly and efficient. They know what they are doing. GO THERE!

Everytime I visit your office everyone is so helpful and polite. Passion is a big word especially when you enjoy your employment. My experience today the 22nd was even better the manager in the eyeglass area was amazing I wish I got her name that’s one heck of experience going to the Doctors. She was right there making sure my glasses will look right and explained everything In detail. But every employee should get a pat on the back you all are elite. Thanks

As busy as the office is, it runs like clockwork, and each member of the staff is pleasant and professional. The eye exam was exacting and informative with specific recommendations. The optical department took time to tighten my glasses even as a new patient. I am very satisfied with the care given.
