Great Otometrist very professional Staff is very nice. My husband and I prefer to have a glasses and eye exam by Dr Kevin Lu. We are very happy with are eyeglasses results.

Called to ask if they took my child insurance and the receptionist answered with such distaste. Like she didn't want to bother. Put me off from even wanting to make an appointment.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Lu for more than 20 years. He is amazing!! He’s is so friendly and explains things in a way I understand. He’s never too busy to spend time with us. And his office staff is very nice and friendly
