Monte Vista Eye Care

Front desk people are the some of the coldest receptionists I have encountered. They clearly don't want to be there and make minimal possible effort to do their job and/or communicate. Appointment took over an hour in spite of being the only patient, 5min early, and 4 employees/doc present. Sat and twiddled my thumbs while they did God knows what. Then after telling me I had a $40 co pay when I walked in, they billed me $160 on the way out and told me the co pay only applied if it was a "medically necessary visit." And....that is all after I had to call them and text about half a dozen times to get scheduled. Any remotely caring eye doc could start a competing business in the valley and succeed with minimal effort. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend.

This place gave me horrible service and then cancelled me as a patient! Let me give you some facts... 1. I spent over $1,000 on glasses that didn't even stop my squinting. 2. The first prescription he gave me was incorrect. 3. Twice, they went 4-5 days without responding to me. 4. They referred me to Dr. Chang who never even called me. 5. Then, they changed the referral and gave me the wrong number to call. 6. Also, the office manager is super unfriendly! Do yourself a favor and find a place that values your business!

This is probably the least welcoming group of front office people and technicians Ive met. Heersink is okay.

The atmosphere was beautiful. The staff are nice and efficient. Piper did a great job! She is very professional, patient and kind. Dr was very thorough and kind. A variety selection of frames that beautiful. Recommend to everyone, especially children.

I love all the staff members here. They are always professional and personal at all of my appointments. Very easy to communicate with. The quality of their products is also very good. And they have a variety of packages to meet my changing budget. I'm a happy customer 😊.
