Wish so bad i could give them no star and report them. I do not recommend this office based on my experience as a patient. I was made to see a resident doctor without being clearly told ahead of time. After the first visit, I asked to see an actual doctor because mistakes were made with my medication. My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy, and I was also given the wrong medication. I am diabetic, so this was a big problem, especially since I need insulin regularly. I tried many times to contact the office to fix this. I called and sent messages, but no one got back to me for weeks. I even waited almost two months for a response through the patient portal and never heard back. Because of this, I had to go to the hospital to get care instead of my primary doctor, which should not happen. When I went to the office to talk about it, the staff were rude and unhelpful. There were children running around barefoot and half-naked, which is concerning for me as a mandated reporter. There was no separation of people with illnesses and colds, so they were coughing and hacking up all over, which suggests that there was no sanitary cleaning or care for their other patients. The front desk workers were more focused on talking to each other and laughing and having fun than helping patients, and the office manager seemed like she did not want to deal with my concerns. I did not feel listened to at all. This office does not seem organized, and they do not take patient concerns seriously. If you have a serious condition or need regular medication, I would be very careful going here.

Absolutely irresponsible and unprofessional staff. The doctors filled out my paperwork incorrectly, causing me to go back and ask them to correct it. I received a call from a front desk lady to come pick up my corrected forms. I go to the office, and after the lady, looking for almost 10 mins, said that the paperwork hasn’t been completed yet. Waste of time! Won’t be coming to this practice anymore.

Used to love this practice but getting through to anyone is terrible . I dread calling and would rather go to patient first then take my children to their primary doctor! This place has gone completely downhill. The wait time on the phone AND the office is unbelievable!!

Montgomery Family Practice turned a routine doctor visit into an absurd and infuriating experience over ten dollars. I visited Montgomery Family Practice at 1300 Powell Street, Suite 109, Norristown, PA 19401 for a standard appointment. For years, I never had a co-pay. That day, there was one. Ten dollars. Not an issue. I would have paid it on the spot without blinking. The problem is simple and entirely their fault. No one at checkout told me I owed a co-pay. No reminder. No request. No invoice. Nothing. I walked out assuming everything was settled, just as it had always been. Five months later, I received a letter from Radius Global Solutions, a collection agency, informing me that I had a ten dollar debt. Ten dollars. Sent to collections without a single call, email, letter, or courtesy notice from the office itself. Let me be clear. I have two credit cards with over $20,000 limits each and a debit card with thousands of dollars available. If anyone at the front desk or checkout had done their job and opened their mouth, that miserable ten dollars would have been paid instantly. Even multiplied by a thousand, it would not have been an issue. I like my doctor, Dr. Mantilla. This review is not about him. It is about the sheer incompetence of the front desk and checkout staff. Because of their negligence, my credit now risks taking a hit over an amount that should never have made it past the reception desk. Sending a patient to collections over ten dollars without notification is not a mistake. It is careless, lazy, and unprofessional. If this is how Montgomery Family Practice handles basic billing, patients should be very concerned. This was entirely avoidable, and they chose the worst possible way to handle it.

I have recently started seeing a doctor here over a surgery mishap, the first appointment was great, but the second doctor I seen violated my patient rights and I am not ok with this and I am so tired of these Einstein doctors putting notes incorrectly, they put no complaints in front of everything I complained about, left out a lot of important information in the notes also on the depression test they did with out telling me they put I talk slow, and that I talk slow caused me to fail the depression test, I am from the south that is how we talked is slow, and the rate of which you talk has nothing to do with depression, slow out the mouth fast in the brain, fast out the mouth slow in the brain for those I don't know what that mean, it's basically a jab as to why us people in the south are smarter than the people in the north, in Jefferson Einstein has proven this, our surgeons and doctors in the south don't make surgical mistakes like this not mistakes on violating rights, or prescribed meds that I am allergic to, also the doctor I recently seen today refused to help me in any way, and the facility keeps refusing to schedule me with the doctor that requested to see me personally before July because she seems to be the only one that understands what I am dealing with will kill me with out treatment, also it's illegal to only have resident doctors available and a real doctor unavailable, surgery mistakes should not be handled by college kids
