I’ve been a patient with this office for several years and I’ve always been pleased with everyone. The girls at the desk are all friendly and professional. Dr. Gregg Abbate is wonderful, he takes his time and explains everything. Selecting glasses is always easy with their help, too. Also easy to make appointments!
I had an urgent eye problem and they fit me in right away. This was my first time at this practice. If I could give 10 stars I would. Wait time was about 10 minutes and that was with them accomodating me between scheduled patients. I was immediately greeted with a genuine smile. Emily, the tech was very professional, friendly and compassionate. Dr Gregg was absolutely amazing. He took his time explaining my issue and plan of care moving forward. I'm sorry I didn't get the names of the sweet receptionists up front. That being said, both were so kind and scheduling my next visit was done in no time. I enjoyed my visit. The staff was pleasant upon arrival. Dr Abate was great. He made me feel very comfortable and explained things in detail so I could understand and look forward to a brighter future. I am happy that I switched to this eye doctor four and a half years ago. I am very pleased with their services.
Dr. Gregg Abbate is so wonderful. I've had glasses and contacts for over 30 yrs and when you find an amazing eye doctor you keep them. I drive an hour to get to his office and I would drive farther if I had to. I would give more then 5 stars if I could. Glasses also last forever from this office too. I just had an amazing experience getting new glasses. So kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. My last pair I got from this office lasted me over 10 years. So worth every penny spent.
From the moment I entered the office I experienced professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Here, patients are treated in an exceptional manner. Dr. Abate is always extremely supportive and helpful. I leave knowing I’ve had the best experience possible.
