I’ve tried to get ahold of this damn place and they NEVER answer the goddamn phone. I’ve passed by several times as well and it’s always seems to be “closed”. I’ve been needing to fix my son’s glasses this would be the third week trying and NOTHING!!! 😤🤬

Would give it 0 stars if I could, owner of the store (old lady with black hair) was very rude and I was called “obnoxious” for not being satisfied with how she was fixing the glasses. When I asked her to not break the glasses from all the bending she did with a tool she told me “You’re talking to someone who knows more than you, you bend it then.” We left unsatisfied with what she did to the glasses and she even damaged the glasses by chipping of paint from where she was trying to “fix them.” When I would show her how the glasses were still slanted she would take them off my hands and would deny and say “no” (she didn’t want to be wrong). Do not go here if you expect to get good service from the owner. Other employees were nice the owner is the problem. Very bratty and rude owner.

Never open, the owner is very rude. I have passed by for at least a month, while they are "open" but they never are. Don't waste, your time with them.

My experience at Moras Optical is always been great .., I’ve been there several times .., and every time they are very nice , friendly , fast reliable .., and very dependable. I highly recommend them specially if you have kids they have layaways and payment plans for glasses. Danny Thank You so much I really appreciate you fixing my glasses every time I go with no hassels..I give you 5 stars!.., for your great service !!

Terrible service! The glasses are of poor quality and poorly made, and the owner is arrogant.
