Great service staff was very helpful as I am new to wear prescription glasses. Picking was also great she walk me through all the steps. They were running a deal.

I have been dealing with iMart for quite a few years now I buy my glasses there many pairs of glasses and so does my family. These ladies are amazing. They agreed to with a smile I’ve never had any problems with anyone. They’re very courteous and they get to know you, which is really nice. Really good customer service. The manager is amazing. She’s awesome. If you have any problem with the glasses, they’re there to help you to get it straight so I just want to say that I might and these ladies that work there are truly wonderful people and I’ve had nothing but a great experience with all of them, but I’ve been going there for quite a few years Great customer service and that is Eyemart on Broad Street. This was my second time using this store and both experiences were 5*. I wanted 2 pairs of glasses and I was immediately helped by Sara. She took the time to find out what I wanted and then offered options. I found exactly what I was looking for and ended up adding on a pair of sunglasses with a coupon she gave me. My glasses were ready when promised and were perfect! Great service. Fair pricing and quick turnaround! I definitely recommend trying out this store when your need arises!

5 minutes after dropping my frames off I get a call that they broke it, came back and was told various pricing all which were incorrect by various representatives, after wasting a total of 1:30hrs I cancelled my glasses. The ladies were all polite and nice but it’s clear they do not communicate between staff. First time I was told I would get a discount, but discount was far different then what I was told, then I was told a firm price and when I reluctantly agreed, they said it was a mistake and could not get it done. It made me feel like they just wanted me to throw more money at them. Extremely frustrating and a waste of time (and broken frames).

I went to Eyemart Express today to get a prescription filled. The selection of glasses are amazing. I instantly saw the pair I wanted but im leaving with 2 pair Sarah suggested?? I am VERY disappointed in the visit and would very much like for Sarah to let people have what they want.. Her telling me im giving my insurance company money by getting the cheaper pair.. fine that should be MY choice !! Can I exchange and get the frames I WANT??? Store owner or manager? Please?
