Walnut Vision Care - Short Pump

Today was my second visit to the Short Pump Warby Parker. The staff is amazing from entrance to exit. They treat you with respect and kindness and never rush you while making your selection. They are very knowledgeable and great at suggesting options for you. The quality of their glasses is superb.

I went in to look around as I had heard good/positive things about this store. Even though I didn't have my prescription with me at that time it didn't deter them from helping me and I found frames and was given pricing! Very helpful and knowledgeable!! I went back a few days later with Rx in hand and knew exactly what I wanted! Again everyone was very helpful and I look forward to receiving my new glasses soon!!

I had an amazing experience with Marie Perretti at Warby Parker! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel completely welcome. Her knowledge of the different frames and styles was incredible—I honestly thought she was one of the managers because of how confident, professional, and helpful she was. I definitely put her to the test by asking to see so many different frames, but she never once seemed bothered. She remained patient, positive, and genuinely happy to help throughout the entire process. What impressed me even more was that while assisting me, she was still taking the time to greet everyone who walked through the door with the same friendly attitude and smile. Marie made what could have been an overwhelming experience fun and enjoyable. Her customer service is exceptional, and she is a true asset to Warby Parker. Thank you, Marie, for helping me find the perfect glasses! You truly are an asset to that company.

After spending way too much on new glasses a few years ago, I was determined to be a better shopper this time. I visited another glasses shop, then my daughter encouraged me to try online, Warby Parker, in particular. While I did look online, I'm more comfortable getting glasses with personal attention. We found the ShortPump store, Taylor was lovely to work with, so I ended up with 2 pair of new glasses for much less than I've ever paid before. Yay!!

Matthew was outstanding! He had an incredible attitude from the moment I walked in and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. The customer service was exceptional, and my glasses were ready much faster than I expected. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about providing a great experience.
