Wow such an amazing experience, Dr Gina Dyad-SCHMID was great with my family. She took time to explain the exam and was helpful with all of our questions. Definitely will schedule all future appointments!
I called on a weekend morning about an eye poke that my young daughter experienced. Even though my daughter or I have not been to this practice, the staff told us to come right away. The staff was so kind and Dr. Dyda was so patient and caring with my daughter that was not happy or cooperative. It is apparent that she cares about her patients and their wellbeing. I highly recommend her!
Thorough, professional, explained everything, answered all of my questions, and was very pleasant. I will definitely be returning. Very pleased with the doctor and her staff. It’s so refreshing to find such a wonderful, knowledgeable doctor and kind staff as well. Thank you all for a great appointment!
Had to wait a bit to see her (maybe 15 min) but it was well worth it. She took her time listening to my concerns and figuring out the best plan of care for me. She also explained the picture of my retina they took in great detail. Her bedside manner made me feel important and heard- I just found my new optometrist!
Great staff! Was ready for me to get started when I got there. No wait period. The doctor explained the circumstances of the findings after the exam very well, to the point I understood everything.
