I had the pleasure of being assisted by Floyd, who provided top-notch customer service from start to finish. Floyd was extremely patient and took the time to help me choose glasses that I felt comfortable and confident wearing. I arrived at the store late in the evening, just moments before closing, but Floyd remained patient and professional throughout my entire visit. At no point did he make me feel rushed or remind me that the store was about to close. Instead, he continued to assist me in finding the perfect eyewear. I came in intending to purchase one pair of glasses and ended up purchasing two! Floyd’s excellent customer service, patience, and genuine willingness to help made my experience exceptional. Thank you, Floyd, for making my shopping experience so enjoyable!

I came in to get an old pair of glasses adjusted and the staff was great. I wish I noted the young woman’s name that helped me. She asked how she could help me, fixed my glasses, and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. All done with smiles and politeness in excess. She deserves 10 stars.

I had my eye exam today and went right nextdoor to For Eyes. I was very impressed with the store and I was greeted and helped by Latisha, who was very helpful and answered every question I asked without hesitation. Latisha explained everything as we went thru the process of creating my next pair of glasses. I was surprised and very happy that I paid less for this new pair than I did my current pair. I felt comfortable and relaxed there, no up selling or hidden fees. The costs are in print and Latisha showed me and explained the ones I asked about. Definitely 5 stars in my book!

I want to thank Floyd for his outstanding customer service. He is always patient and knowledgeable when assisting me. He knows how to treat people and it is one reason why I go to this location although it is another one is closer to me. All of the staff members go above and beyond to me make me feel appreciated. I really appreciate the customer that I receive for Kevin and Latisha S. They both care for me as a person and I enjoy tge interaction. They both demonstrate a high level of knowledge . I have been coming to this location for two years and I am treated with compassion.
