I wish I could give many more than 5 starts. I had my first visit with Dr Fripps yesterday. She and her staff are very pleasant and thorough. When it was my turn, she called my name and greeted me with such a warm smile, I could tell that was the way she greeted all her patients. What I appreciated most about my visit was how she explained things to me as the exam went along. She and her assistant were patient with me as I took forever, it seemed, to get the contact in, out and back into my left eye. The frame store next to her office had a lot of different style to choose from. The young woman and the gentleman there were super nice and helpful as well. After ordering my contacts and glasses I left feeling very satisfied with the experience. I am so glad I found Dr Fripps. I'm going to send the rest of my family to her office ASAP. Blessings

Dr. Fripps is always pleasant and professional. She demonstrates a passion for her work and is very knowledgeable. It is always a joy to visit her for my yearly eye exam. Her staff are patient and kind also. It is nice to go to a doctor's office where people care about you.

The front desk attendant attitude is absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. I have came here for years because of the doctor and was able to deal with it but no more. She needs to be trained or replaced. Elderly or not this is unacceptable.

Dr. Mia and her team at Short Pump Family Eye Care were wonderful with my father. She took the time to listen and treated him with such kindness and gentle care. Highly recommend!

Dr Fripp seems like a good doctor but it's impossible to get hold of them over the phone. No one ever answers the phone and if you leave a phone message they don't even bother to return your phone call. They are not that busy to answer their patients phone calls.
