hard working staff, everyone is friendly always smiling and laughing makes me feel comfortable Dr Newton is the BOMB and very helpful yes they have had issues with the schedule due to unforeseen circumstances and the staff has always been amazing and when it comes to emergency appointments they never make me wait!!
Very disappointed in this business and staff! I have been a patient here for a few years and never had any issues until now!! I made a appointment in December 2024 for January 2nd 2025, I requested an emergency appointment due to pain and was told because of the holidays they could not accommodate an emergency appointment so I agreed to Jan 2nd because it was the quickest they could take me. on December 30th my appointment was canceled and the excuse was “doctor Newton will not be in the office that day” I decided to reschedule for January 7th just because it was so close to new years and I knew I could get by with my eye pain till then. Today January 6th I get a call from Moultrie eye center stating that Doctor Newton would be in a surgery at the time of my appointment. I am no eye doctor but most all surgeries in the heath field are scheduled weeks if not months in advance, meaning they had to know about this surgery when they called to cancel my FIRST APPOINTMENT. I am very disappointed in the poor job that the staff provides to patients, especially the scheduling portion of it! I highly suggest saving your time and money!
Dr. Thornton has been my mother's Optometrist for a couple of decades. She absolutely loves going to see him because he is so personal and makes her visit so enjoyable. He is very thorough and patient as he listens to her and shares her results. . I would highly recommend him.
Highly recommend Dr Newton he’s taken care of us for years. Staff is very friendly and helpful very pleased with our care!
Im almost completely blind from cancer treatments. Worst experience ever! Waited 6 months for my appointment, to be rescheduled for another 6 months. Ridiculous buisness wouldn't recommend this sit hole to anybody
