I chose Walmart Vision Center in Moultrie Ga because I was visiting there at the time I ordered my glasses February 17 and they were to be ready to pick up on the 24th. I told the lady I would be in Moultrie on Saturday the 28th to pick them up because I live over 50 miles from Moultrie and I had a meeting on the 28th and should be able to pick them up after 4 PM. On the 28th after 4 pm I was with a group of ladies at a nearby restaurant and it was taken so long for our orders that I decided to pick up my glasses while we were waiting. I picked them up and noticed they didn’t look like the ones I had ordered but I thought since I had looked at several pairs these were the ones. I tried them on and they were ok, they were only going to be an extra pair without tint for distance to watch TV with. After I got home I put them on to watch TV and they were blurred so I took them off thinking my eyes were tried. I tried them several different times for the next week and since they didn’t work I was thinking I wouldn’t be able to return them. I looked on their website and it says you can return. So on Monday March 9th I took them back making a special trip to Moultrie 50 miles away. We they looked at them they said they were not the glasses I picked up, they were readers and were not even sold there. I don’t have close up vision anymore so I couldn’t tell they were readers and I wasn’t expecting them to be the wrong glasses when I picked them up. They basically but not saying the word called me a liar. The manager said she would call her district manager and see what could be done and call me back. I haven’t heard a word from anyone about what could be done or what happened with the mixup of the glasses. I got the cheapest glasses and lens I could so it wouldn’t be that much on my insurance. The one that caused this problem needs to come forward and take action for their wrong doing. If Walmart Vision Center in Moultrie wouldn’t make this right then I don’t recommend using them.

Walmart Vision center took great care of me and my husband from our initial visit to receiving our new glasses. All the staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Cox was fantastic. He listened to our concerns and had our prescriptions worked out efficiently talking us through each step, asking questions, answering all our questions as they came up. Laurel took care of the final touches and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our lens, frames, vision, and total fit. She took all the time needed to make sure we were comfortable with every aspect of our new glasses Also told us to call or come back if there were any concerns when we were ready to leave. We shopped and walked around Walmart for a few items we needed and my husband felt his glasses slip a bit so we went right back in and Laurel fixed him right up by adjusting the bend at his ears. Made him happy and we will Definitely recommend going to Walmart Vision Center Moultrie

Excellent customer service. I purchased contacts for myself and my family and I will go back to purchase our glasses. Anita did a fantastic job answering all of my questions and she placed the order immediately. I got an email the next day that my contacts have shipped.

Amazing optometrist and staff!!! Scheduling was easy and exam was a breeze!!! No waiting long hours to be seen. Staff and doctor were super friendly and helpful!!! Well worth the drive from Cook County, definitely better than driving to Valdosta as well. Selection is not too overwhelming, can easily find what you like or need.

My experience here was distasteful. The optometrist who works here is amazing. She was patient, informed, and very thorough. I was in and out in no time, and she answered every question I had with no hesitation. The Vision Center on the other hand, was much less helpful. I was treated with unmannerly behavior. While they were very kind in person, as I tried on frames, they were not accommodating when I called back 2 months later. While trying to order contacts and glasses from an outside provider, I contacted this Vision Center in order to obtain my prescription. I called several times this week, September 27th, 2015, and every time they refused to help me in reading my prescription. I was told that they could not help me with understanding the prescription, as I was ordering from another retailer. Of the two women who I spoke with, they were very rude! I had to make several calls to have them fax my prescription to me, as they were very reluctant to do so. Although I no longer live in the state, they insisted I had to come in person. Overall, I found them to be unprofessional enough to deter me from ever visiting this Vision Center again.
